Yes.
You do not have to replace your existing website or software just because you use BeanGrower AI.
Your existing website can continue to operate alongside it if you wish. BeanGrower AI forms, chat widgets and calendars can be added to an existing website, while funnels and landing pages can run alongside it and be linked into your customer journey.
Other software can remain in place where it still makes sense.
For telephone numbers, you would normally look at keeping your existing business number with your current provider and connecting or forwarding it into BeanGrower AI where possible. This avoids unnecessarily moving an established number and can reduce disruption.
Number porting is available in some circumstances, but you would normally only consider it where there is a clear reason to move the number itself.

Some services have an underlying third-party cost every time they are used.
These can include phone calls and numbers, SMS, email sending, WhatsApp messages, AI usage, premium workflow actions and certain optional services.
Those charges are not inflated with large agency markups.
After any included credit, chargeable usage is billed at our underlying cost + 5% to cover payment processing and administration. The goal is not to turn usage into a profit centre. It is to cover transaction costs and keep the pricing transparent.
For some optional add-ons, pricing can include a small markup, but only if additional support, setup guidance and account resources are required to enable those features.
HighLevel itself separates its platform subscription from usage-based telecommunications and AI charges.
Usually, no.
Most usage-based charges are small individually — for example, sending emails or SMS messages, making calls, using AI features or sending WhatsApp messages. What you pay depends on how much you actually use.

Businesses using high volumes of calls, messaging or AI can naturally spend more, but you remain in control because usage is based on what you actually consume.

The Unlimited Plus plan includes £20 of usage credit every month that can be used towards eligible usage-based services such as email, SMS, phone and AI usage. The credit does not roll over.
For many small businesses, £20 should cover a significant amount of normal usage. Businesses using large volumes of messaging, calls or AI simply pay for the additional usage they consume.
WhatsApp connectivity is included in the Unlimited Plus plan, so there is no additional monthly WhatsApp connection charge on that plan.
WhatsApp message usage is separate and is charged at the current underlying cost + 5%.
HighLevel charges for WhatsApp connectivity, while service conversations remain free and certain template messages incur usage charges.
For standalone BeanGrower AI solutions, WhatsApp can be added separately where required.
The preference is WhatsApp first, SMS second. WhatsApp gives customers a richer, more conversational experience and is particularly popular with UK consumers and businesses.
Where WhatsApp is connected, our pre-built messaging automations are designed to use it first. If it isn’t available, SMS is available as the fallback instead — so the automation still works.
Where BeanGrower AI describes a feature as unlimited, it means we do not impose a BeanGrower AI plan limit on ordinary use of that feature — for example, unlimited contacts, websites, users, automations and calendars.
It does not mean unlimited third-party consumption. Calls, SMS, email, WhatsApp, AI and other metered services can still incur usage charges, and individual platform features may have technical or fair-use limits.

There are many other individual capabilities within BeanGrower AI too, so if there is something particular you want to use without taking the whole platform, just ask.
The Unlimited plans become much better value as soon as you want to use a few parts of the system.
No. BeanGrower AI is billed monthly, so you are not tied into a long-term contract. You can cancel at any time and your subscription will end at the end of your current paid billing period.
Your core business data remains yours. If you decide to leave, you can export supported data such as your contacts and other key business records before your account closes.
As with most software platforms, not everything can be moved between systems in a ready-to-use format. Workflows, automation history, website structures and certain platform configuration may not be directly portable.
BeanGrower AI accounts also contain proprietary BeanGrower AI templates, automations, workflows and other pre-built intellectual property. Because those resources form part of the BeanGrower AI service rather than your own business data, the complete BeanGrower AI account cannot be transferred into another HighLevel agency or white-label account.
BeanGrower AI supports several payment providers, including Stripe (the most common choice), PayPal, NMI and Authorize.Net. Other providers and payment methods may also be available depending on how you want to take payments. Availability can vary by feature.
